Hi! I'm Nicole Blonder, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and music industry executive of 25+ years.
I empower clients who are on a health and wellbeing journey to create solutions that work for their life, whether they're managing stress and burnout, or digestive issues including IBD, ulcerative colitis, celiac and others.
Although I work with people from all walks of life, I often find myself supporting musicians and industry professionals because - having lived that life - I have a unique understanding of pressures and challenges of ALL of it.
